Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything purchased from us, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of goods and we will be happy to refund or exchange a product. Simply read through our returns policy below, complete the returns form and send the goods back via a recordable or traceable means to the address below, quoting the RMA number (generated once the form is complete). Please do not forget to include proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept return of headsets (of any type) if the product has been worn. If these are not returned in pristine condition we may not be able accept them.
  • Goods are to be returned in original packaging boxed as received with instruction manual, accessories etc.and shipped back within 14 days via a recordable or traceable means, i.e. recorded post or courier. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and a refund will not be given
  • If sending unwanted goods back to us, the delivery charge incurred by Business Headsets when originally sending the goods to the purchaser, will be deducted from any final refund amount calculated.
  • Should you receive delivery of a faulty product or the product has developed a fault, we will be happy to exchange it, provided it is still under guarantee and a valid proof of purchase is supplied. Please be aware that this does not cover faults that have occurred from natural wear and tear or miss-use.
